Comperio came to us to help them realize their dream of having an online commodities auction. Starting from the ground up, we developed a proprietary technology platform to buy or sell energy and environmental commodities. Designed to handle forward and reverse auctions, this application can handle a multitude of commodities and currencies. Built-in transparency and a detailed audit trail make this a compliant application a high commodity itself.
We started at the basement and worked our way to the top for this stand out application. Finding out what the client needs is the first step to every LMGraphix project. We then wrote the Requirements Document, help files, help vidoes, developed the application and tested the final product before releasing it our client.
Our client already had a process for the work they provide for energy companies and consumers. Finding the best energy solution for her clients was Carolyns first priority. Knowing all the regulations and fine details of procuring energy products for her clients is Carolyn's strong suit. But, she wanted to take her enterprise to the next level and share her expertise with more brokers, energy providers and consumers alike. After evaluating her needs, we began with a detailed requirements document where we produce detailed screenshots to flesh out our initial design. Taking it to the next level, we produced the intial site in HTML. Developing the initial site in HTML is a step better than screenshots, because the client can get a definite idea how all the buttons work and how the pages all link together as well as seeing the workflow. At this point our client can make any changes to the design, workflow or add and remove functionality. Then we throw the ball to our crack programmers, who code the site in JAVA, create the database
We understand that design and experience are not afterthoughts when designing your Graphical User Interface. A user-centric approach to enterprise software development starts with understanding the end user, how they work, and what helps them to work better.
