Baseline Reports We have to start somewhere. We add Google Analytics to your web pages and watch the results for a couple of weeks. From here we can evaluate your current traffic and develop a plan to increase your traffic.
Keyword Research To develop a good SEO campain, we identify the right keywords and keyword phrases likely to be used in a search to find your website. We start by using your suggestions, information we get from the keywork analysis over the initial two weeks and from researching your industry and competing websites. With this expanded list, we identify keywords and phrases most likely to be used by your potential customers.
Meta-tag Creation Although a tedious step, we carefully craft keyword-rich meta tags for your site including Title, Description, Keywords, and Robots tags for each individual page. Users can't see these tags when viewing your page, but these meta tags will help your ranking also in the way that some search engines display your listing.
Directory Submissions We perform hand submission to major directories. Your project level determines submission to paid directories such as Yahoo! Directory, described further in "Yahoo Directory" and "Linking" below.
Search Engine Submissions Submissions to your relevant business search engines, such as MSN, Google, AOLSearch, Lycos and more.
Google Maps Setup When searching on Google, it provides a map of similar businesses in your area. We'll update your company information to GoogleMaps with all your relavent data to increase local visibility.
Monthly Status Reports We will provide you with ranking and web analytics reports and review which keywords have achieved rankings and discover how many visitors are taking the actions you want them to take.
Web Stats Analysis We install Google Analytics on your site (if you don't already have a web stats software) but more importantly - we give you the tools you need to see your business key metrics at a glance. Often, too much data is worse than none - we setup and report key performance metrics specifically designed for your business.
Local Search Listings Includes optimization or creation of all local search listings for your company including Google and Yahoo.
SEO Copywriting We are starting to get into the nitty grity of your site. Search engines only see the written word. For this reason, you want keyword rich content on your site to attract search engines. After careful analysis of your site and identification of appropriate keywords, we rewrite or update your content to include you keywords on relevant pages.
Google sitemap We prepare and submit a Google sitemap that can benefit you by giving Google the links to every page in your site.
Usability Analysis LMGraphix IS will analyze you site architecture and let you know just how usable your current site is for users as they navigate trhoughout your site.
Yahoo Directory Submission Costs Some of our plans include the initial $299 annual fee for express inclusion into Yahoo! Directory. LMGraphix IS selects a relevant category and writes a strategic Title and Description. This is an annual fee and is highly recommended to help rankings in all major search engines, not just yahoo! Also available is an enhanced listing on Yahoo.Local for $9.95/month.
Premium Directory Submissions These directories charge a fee to review or list your site. We submit your site manually to each directory and the charges are included in your SEO plan.
Pay Per Click Campain We offer Google Adwords Account Set Up, Adwords tune-ups, Adwords campaign audit and monthly management to improve your ROI. Google Adwords Service is provided at $75/hour and is customized to our clients. We can start your campain.
