Tips for minimizing spam
Don't open attachments from unknown senders.
Nothing like inviting trouble to your computer. If your don't know the sender, a virus may be lurking behind that attachment. Do yourself a favor and destroy it before it destroys you.
Do Not Respond or unsubscribe to Spam
Your only asking for more spam. These tricky emails lure you into believing you can unsubscribe, when infact you are only confirming your address to spammers. Just Don't Do It.
Don't post your email on your Web site.
Spammers and their email harvesters look for emails on every Web site. If you have post and email address on your Web site, use this little javascript script generator to disguise your address.
Be smart about your email.
Each Hosting account we offer, has plenty of mailboxes. Create more addresses to use for different purpose, such as shopping@, finance@, etc. This way, if one of your addresses have been sold, all you do is get rid of it. Be smart about your email, keep one address for private uses and others for public purposes. Never use your personal email address in public forums, newsgroups or mail lists.

Web Mail gives your three advantages. The first is that you can get to your email anytime and from anywhere. That means when your traveling and not in front of you're own computer, you can still access your email as long as you can get on-line. The third ans most important feature of our Web Mail is that since your are not downloading your email onto your harddrive, you are less likely to inadvertantly bring a virus into your system. Only when you open attached files are your vonerable. But you have the added advantage of being able to delete these files — usually from unknown senders — before you open them.
Be Creative.
